We are expanding our Mumbai operations and hiring a Senior Admissions Manager to lead admissions delivery across all live and upcoming school projects.

Role Overview

This is a senior,



high-ownership role for a hands-on admissions professional who has lived inside a school admissions office, knows what moves the needle, and can now lead admissions for multiple Ignify client schools — IB, Cambridge, CBSE, ICSE — alongside Ignify Pre School setup engagements. You will own admissions outcomes, build and lead on-ground admissions teams at partner campuses, and work closely with our marketing, branding, and events functions to ensure every funnel — from enquiry to enrolment — performs.

Key Responsibilities
- Own admissions delivery across all Ignify school projects — IB/Cambridge/CBSE/ICSE schools, Ignify Pre School setup engagements, and admissions scale-up mandates.
- Drive admissions targets for each client project, owning weekly and monthly enrolment numbers against committed KPIs.
- Hire, onboard, and train admissions counsellors at client schools; design and run training modules on counselling, parent objection handling, campus tours, and CRM dis
