About Tera Properties

Tera Properties is a growing real-estate company dealing in residential, commercial and industrial properties across Delhi NCR.

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Client Relationship Executive who is energetic, confident and willing to build a career in real estate.

This is a customer-facing role involving lead calling, client follow-up, property presentations, site visits and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads received through YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, website and other sources.
- Call new enquiries and understand the client's property requirements.
- Maintain regular and systematic follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Share property details, brochures, videos, pricing and availability with clients.
- Coordinate and conduct property/project site visits.
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers, sellers and investors.
- Understand client budgets,



requirements and preferences.
- Recommend suitable properties based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners and channel partners.
- Follow up with clients after site visits and move them towards booking/closing.
- Maintain accurate lead and client records.
- Keep the company updated about every active lead and next follow-up.
- Assist in negotiations and closing of transactions.
- Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.

What We Are Looking For

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.
