About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, dealers, OEMs, and key industrial customers.
- Identify and appoint current distributors and channel partners.
- Promote the company's complete range of hydraulic hoses, industrial hoses, hose assemblies, fittings, and related products.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate customer visit reports, sales forecasts, and CRM records.
- Participate in trade fairs,



exhibitions, dealer meets, and customer events.
