Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on various job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, Apna, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Assist in achieving hiring targets within the given timelines.

Requirements and Skills
- Previous experience in HR Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
