Established, high-energy beachside venue is looking for experienced Sr. Bartender / Mixologist and Asst. Bartender — joining immediately.

Salary negotiable - commensurate with experience and in line with industry standards.

Positions:
1. Sr. Bartender / Mixologist
- Craft compelling infusions, syrups, clarifications etc.
- Craft unique signature cocktails
- Good undertanding of spirits and wines
- Quick turnover of classic and signature cocktails
- Should be experienced in leading bars in high-pressure venues
- Highly diciplined and motivated, should be able to drive a team
- 5 yrs exp. in premium restaurants/resorts

2. Asst. Bartender
- Should be familiar with wines, spirits and cockatils




- Should have worked at quick-paced environments
- Should be able to maintain bar stock and hygiene
- 1 yr exp. in upscale bars/resorts
