Position Summary

The Field Coordinator will support the implementation of project activities at the grassroots level and work closely with women beneficiaries, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), community institutions, and local stakeholders. The role requires solid community engagement, mobilization, field monitoring, documentation, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Mobilization & Beneficiary Engagement
- Mobilize women beneficiaries and community members for project activities.
- Support formation and strengthening of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and women collectives.
- Conduct household visits, community meetings, and awareness sessions.
- Facilitate participation of women in livelihood, entrepreneurship, and capacity-building activities.
- Build rapport with beneficiaries and ensure active community participation.

2. Project Implementation Support
- Support day-to-day implementation of project activities as per approved work plans.
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and community events.
- Assist in organizing meetings, exposure visits,



and stakeholder interactions.
- Ensure timely execution of activities at the field level.
- Identify implementation challenges and report them to the Project Coordinator.

3. Training & Capacity Building Support
- Assist trainers and resource persons during training sessions.
- Support beneficiary registration, attendance tracking, and training logistics.
- Follow up with beneficiaries after training programs.
- Encourage adoption of livelihood and enterprise development practices.

4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with village leaders, Panchayat representatives, SHGs, and community institutions.
- Support engagement with local government departments and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between beneficiaries and project management teams.
- Assist in organizing stakeholder meetings and review discussions.

5. Monitoring, Documentation & MIS
- Maintain beneficiary databases, attendance record
