Job Purpose

The Group Head - Sales will be responsible for driving linear advertising revenue across Corporate / Key Accounts and media agencies in the designated region for a designated channel(s). Reporting to the Vice President - Sales, the role focuses on strengthening senior‑level client relationships, executing regional sales strategies, and maximizing revenue from the company’s linear television inventory while positioning the organization as a strategic media partner.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive linear ad sales across television inventory including spot sales, sponsorships, integrations, and customized brand solutions
- Execute region‑specific sales strategies in line with overall revenue goals
- Manage and grow revenue from assigned Corporate brands and key media agencies
- Deliver aggressive quarterly and annual revenue targets with a consistent focus on growth and profitability
- Identify incremental monetization opportunities across key properties, programming blocks, and marquee events

Client Management




- Own and grow relationships with senior stakeholders at advertiser and agency levels
- Develop a strong understanding of client business objectives, marketing challenges, and audience needs
- Position the company’s linear offerings as effective, insight‑led solutions aligned to advertiser goals
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and seamless post‑sale execution
- Job RequirementKey Skills & Experience:
- 12-16 years of experience in Linear TV Ad Sales, preferably with leading broadcast or media networks
- Strong experience working with Corporate / Key Accounts and agency‑driven sales models:
- Proven capability in closing large annual and multi‑channel deals:
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management skills
- Deep understanding of advertiser categories, market dynamics, and regional business nuances
