We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Associate - Organic Chemist to join our team. As a Research Associate, you will play a key role in conducting research and development activities related to synthetic organic chemistry. You will collaborate with a team of scientists and researchers to design, synthesize, and characterize novel organic compounds and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute experiments to synthesize organic compounds using various techniques, including multi-step synthesis, purification, and isolation.
- Conduct literature reviews to gather relevant information and propose recent strategies for compound synthesis and optimization.




- Characterize and analyse synthesized compounds using spectroscopic techniques such as NMR, IR, MS, and other analytical methods to ensure their structural and chemical integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to synthesis, purification, and characterization of organic compounds.
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, including experimental protocols, observations, and data analysis.
- Participate in scientific discussions, present research findings internally, and contribute to the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and publications.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in organic chemistry and relevant research methodologies, techniques, and instrumentation.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
