Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, discharges, and room allocation.
- Ensure smooth communication between doctors, nurses, RMOs, pharmacy, laboratory, billing, and housekeeping.
- Monitor patient flow and ensure timely completion of investigations, procedures, and treatments.
- Address patient and attendant concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall readiness of the assigned floor.
- Monitor availability of consumables and coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain floor registers, checklists, and operational reports.
- Escalate operational or patient care issues to the concerned departments.
- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Support the Hospital Manager in day-to-day floor operations.





Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in hospital operations, patient coordination, or healthcare services.
- Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may also apply.

Skills Required:
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Patient-centric approach and customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
