About the Role
Join our HR Technology team as a Senior Specialist focused on the configuration and support of Learning solutions. You will work within a complex, matrixed environment to assess business requests and drive performance across our global technology stack, including SAP/SuccessFactors, Workday, Axonify, and other learning technologies.
What will you do
System Configuration: Execute heavy configuration within the SAP/SuccessFactors and Workday applications, specifically focusing on Learning modules.
Technical Documentation & SDLC Governance: Develop and maintain SDLC documentation, including requirements, specifications, solution designs, test scripts, validation deliverables, release documentation, and
