About the position
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service & Operations Support based in Pune to support both our learners and the ongoing development of our local operations.

In this role, you will combine hands-on customer service responsibilities with operational and organizational support, playing an important part in the day-to-day functioning and further development of our location.

Your role & responsibilities
- Supporting our Customer Success team in India and Germany in providing excellent service to our international learners
- Assisting customers who learn German with us,



either at one of our schools or online and supporting exam participants throughout their journey
- Advising learners on course selection, bookings, exams, and general questions in a friendly, solution-oriented manner
- Coordinating administrative tasks and contributing to smooth day-to-day customer operations

Your profile
- Strong service orientation and genuine enthusiasm for working with adult learners
- Fluent English and Marathi, Hindi and German are a plus
- Solid PC and MS Office skills
