About the Role
- Vishram Management Group (VMG) is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, People Systems, Performance Management, and Organizational Development. This is a senior leadership role for a highly independent HR professional who can build scalable HR systems, drive recruitment excellence, enforce accountability, optimize workforce productivity, and implement best-in-class HR processes in a quick-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, corporate, sales, retail, and operational roles.
- Develop hiring strategies to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
- Build talent pipelines and implement structured interview frameworks.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and headcount forecasting.




- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, leave management, performance reviews, payroll coordination, compliance, and offboarding.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and HR policy implementation.
- Ensure complete HR process compliance and documentation management.

Performance Management & Accountability
- Design and manage KPI, KRA, and OKR frameworks across departments.
- Drive a high-performance culture through structured performance reviews.
- Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and manage underperformance professionally and create employee handbooks and policies for both the companies.

HR Systems, Automation & Analytics
- Administer and optimize HR technology platforms and automate workflows.
