Job Description
Learning Administration:
Support on administrative tasks within Learning Management System (LMS)
Manage the testing and deployment of e-learning programs through appropriate technology platforms in compliance with technology requirements
Ensure that all third-party created content integrates with Service Provider LMS
Capture Level 1 evaluation data on instructor-led training
Maintain and update process documentation
Data Management & Reporting:
Configure and provide custom reports as requested
Ensure reporting accuracy and maintain audit logs, process trackers, and performance dashboards.
Drive continuous improvement through data insights, trend analysis, and RCA of service delivery issues
