ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader within our semiconductor equipment engineering team, driving the design and development of high-precision capital equipment and industrial machinery.



You will own complex product development programmes end-to-end from concept and detailed design through prototype, build, and test cycles
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including process engineers, software and controls engineers, Multiphysics modelling specialists, and suppliers to resolve challenging design problems and address high-value customer requirements. You will also play a key mentoring role, guiding junior engineers through design trade-offs and best practices. This is a significant prospect to shape the next generation of semiconductor equipment at a company actively defining the future of advanced packaging technology.
