Description
The Workforce Planning Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and presenting workforce data to develop strategic plans that ensure the organization has the right skills and talent to meet its business objectives. This position will work closely with Human Resources and business leaders to implement workforce planning initiatives that drive success.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor operational performance, productivity, and SLA adherence.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards.
· Analyze staffing trends, workflow performance, and operational metrics.
· Support implementation and adoption of workflow automation solutions.
· Coordinate with cross-functional and offshore teams for operational alignment.
· Track project milestones, operational risks, and reporting requirements.
· Support governance meetings and operational reviews.
· Maintain documentation including SOPs, trackers, and reporting templates
Stakeholder Management




· Coordinate with offshore and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
· Communicate operational risks, delays, and improvement opportunities proactively.
· Support governance meetings and operational review.

Workforce Optimization/Capacity Planning
· Owns overall capacity planning for international team. This includes tracking initiatives in HR/Operations to improve retention/productivity.
· Partner with VP of Analytics on preparing and configuring the COGs modeling as part of capacity planning.
· Develop and guide a consistent workforce planning framework for international team
· Product Owner of Prohance, productivty management tool.
o This includes owning and managing the vendor relationship, partnership with leadership to drive adoption, proactive communication usage and identify areas of focus for leadership.
o Leverage productivty KPIS and metrics to provide insight into capacity planning and share insights with leadership.
