About the Role
We are looking for a driven and versatile Team Lead – Marketing to plan, execute,



and manage marketing initiatives across digital, brand, and offline channels. The ideal candidate will lead a small marketing team, own campaign performance end-to-end, and work closely with sales and leadership to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, social media, paid ads), content/brand, and offline/events channels
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing executives, assigning tasks and reviewing performance
Develop and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns
Track and report on campaign performance (leads generated, engagement, ROI) and optimize strategies accordingly
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed
Manage social media presence, website content, and marketing collateral
