- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil works at project and site locations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project requirements.
- Supervise civil workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
- Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower and materials efficiently.
- Monitor the quality and progress of civil works.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and other departments.
- Ensure all works are completed within the approved schedule.
- Inspect construction materials and ensure proper usage and storage.
- Prepare daily progress reports, work records, measurements, and site documentation and Bugdets
- Monitor concrete works, foundations, structural works, masonry, flooring, drainage, and other civil activities.




- Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant team for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and project safety requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow safe working practices.
- Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and third-party agencies when required.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is carried out as per contract requirements.
- Maintain proper records of materials, manpower, equipment, and project progress.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Pay: ₹18,000.80 - ₹30,000.23 per month
