We are hiring Telecallers to call our existing leads and register them for our free online webinar. You will not do cold calling — all leads are provided by the company. Your only job is to call, explain the webinar in easy terms, and confirm the registration.

Key responsibilities
- Call leads provided daily from the company database (no self-sourcing, no cold data)
- Explain the webinar — what it is, who it's for, timing, and how to join
- Register interested candidates for the webinar and confirm their details
- Send/confirm the joining link over WhatsApp as per the given script
- Follow up with leads who didn't pick up or asked for a callback
- Update call status and outcome in the sheet/CRM after every call
- Follow the calling script and daily targets shared by the team lead

Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass (graduates preferred)




- Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication required
- Clear voice, confident phone manner, good listening skills
- Comfortable making 100–150 calls per day
- Must have own Android smartphone with stable internet
- Freshers welcome — full training and script provided
- Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, EdTech, or tele-sales is a plus
