You’re the kind of person who can spot a brand’s soul before its client does. Someone who reads a discovery call transcript and already sees the positioning statement forming. If “what does this brand actually believe?” is a question you can’t stop asking — you might be exactly who we need.

What you’ll do:

• Lead brand discovery and translate it into sharp, defensible positioning

• Build out Brand Bibles — strategy, voice, verbal identity, the whole architecture

• Partner with our design team to make sure the story and the visuals speak the same language

• Sit in client conversations and ask the questions nobody else thinks to ask

What we’re looking for:

• Robust strategic thinking + the ability to write it down in a way that doesn’t sound like a textbook

• Comfort working across categories — skincare one day, menswear the next

• A point of view, and the confidence to defend it in a room
