Civil Engineer – Job Description

Position: Civil Engineer / Site Engineer
Location: Bellary
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–5 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, workmanship, materials, and project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labourers, vendors, and project teams.
- Manage daily manpower and allocate work as required.
- Check measurements and ensure proper execution of civil works.
- Prepare daily site progress and work reports.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-level issues.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Support timely completion and handover of the project.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in construction/site execution.
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
- Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work at the Bellary project site.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹9,266.81 - ₹45,282.15 per month
