Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Generative AI / AI Lead with 8+ years of experience to join one of our product-based clients in a full-time role. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and scaling enterprise-grade GenAI solutions.

Requirements & Skills
8+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related technologies.

Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.

Proven experience designing and deploying GenAI solutions on Azure or AWS.

Experience building production-grade RAG pipelines, chatbots, and agentic AI applications.

Strong knowledge of LLM integration, model customization, embeddings, and vector databases.

Experience with cloud deployment, scalability, performance optimization, and CI/CD.

Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift is an advantage.

Strong architectural and technical leadership capabilities.
