Role & responsibilities :
1. 2W R&D;: Job Role -
- Hands on experience on CREO for 3D modelling.
- To collaborate with the Chief Engineer/Project Manager in P&C; / PVPL & track the project plan.
- Coordinate with SQE team to ensure the availability of project specific items according to project plan.
- Coordinate with Test Engineer for the availability of project specific components for functional testing in P&C; and PVPL.
- Monitors and manages the project's CAPEX and reporting for product development process data.
- Release and check shopping carts in SAP according to the development time plan (sample purchase orders, pricelists, ...), with the relative economic values (cost estimates and / or fixed assets provided by Cost Engineer Manager or in case of absence with the targets of Business Plan).
- Requests the assembly plans for Pre Pilot and Trial Phase vehicles at the plant. Checks the availability of items to finalize the Pre Pilot and Trial Phase vehicles.
- Cooperates with Technical documentation and Engineering for BOM implementation on Windchill and SAP system.
- Coordinate with Chief Engineer/Project Manager for the availability and correctness of new product BOM (Spare Parts items included) according to the Gantt.
Coordinate with IFC for the management of CNI
2. CV R&D;: Job Role -
- Engine peripheral systems design 3D / 2D releases for the components
and systems considering DFM, DFA, DFS.
- Ensure error free BOM preparation and release for respective systems. - Support to plant team and issues resolution during recent product
- Development issue resolution based on feedback from validation,
manufacturing, service.
- Power train integration - engine subsystems integration
- Engine cooling performance calculations and system optimization
- Engine mounts design & vibrational control
- Fuel system - fuel tank design and fuel delivery system, CNG / LPG
system design
- Air intake system design structural and bracketry design engine
