Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for Manju Group, with a solid focus on building a high-quality talent pipeline across real estate sales, pre-sales, projects, corporate functions and support functions.

The role requires a proactive recruiter who can source candidates through multiple channels, conduct initial screening,



coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Understand manpower requirements from business and functional heads.
- Prepare and understand Job Descriptions for open positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, recruitment agencies and other channels.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements, experience, skills and organizational fit.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video screening and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and interview panels throughout the selection process.
- Coordinate salary discussions and offer processes.
- Drive candidates from sourcing to joining.
