- Assist the Principal in managing overall school operations.
- Supervise teachers, staff, and academic activities.
- Monitor teaching quality and student performance.
- Prepare and implement academic plans and schedules.
- Maintain discipline and a positive school setting.
- Coordinate examinations, events, meetings, and activities.
- Handle parent-teacher communication and student concerns.
- Support teacher recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Maintain school records and ensure compliance with school policies.
- Perform duties assigned by the Principal and school management.
