- APAC (Shift 05:00 AM IST to 02:00 PM IST)
- UK (Shift 1:30 PM IST to 02:00 PM IST)
- US (Shift 07:30 PM IST to 04:30 AM IST)

CTC:
₹3.75 LPA Fixed + Sales Commission

Salary Revision:
After successfully completing the 3-month probation period, the fixed CTC will be revised to ₹4 LPA.

Shift Allowance:
₹200–₹400 per day, depending on the shift.

Cab Facility:
- ⁠US Shift: Two-way cab facility
- ⁠APAC & UK Shift: One-way pickup facility

Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Customer Experience Advisors to join our APAC team. This role is ideal for individuals who bring a strong blend of customer experience and sales capabilities. You will be the first point of contact for professionals and customers across Australia, Recent Zealand, the UK, and the US,



handling a mix of inbound and outbound interactions.

As part of our dynamic Customer Experience team, you’ll be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to emails, and making outbound calls to pitch and sell our marketplace subscriptions. Key Responsibilities
- Be the first line of communication for professionals and customers in Australia.
- Act as a product expert, helping users understand and navigate our offerings.
- Manage inbound calls and respond to customer emails using the Zendesk ticketing system.
- Proactively make outreach calls to pitch and sell marketplace subscriptions to potential leads and existing users.
