We need a profile to raise RT , do vendor registrations , iProc maintenance, maintain MIS/data of certificates required by the client and also to generate and dispatch the same. Profile will also be responsible for taking timely customer satisfaction survey and maintain all training related MIS.
The resource also needs to be adept with invoicing process and generate invoices of training on a daily basis.
