Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert system operations and maintenance support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruit and Onboarding 2.0 modules post go-live
- Deliver technical expertise and troubleshoot issues within SuccessFactors Recruit (RCM, RMK) and Onboarding 2.0 modules
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including recruiters, hiring managers, and IT teams, to ensure smooth and seamless hiring experiences
- Manage day-to-day operational processes and deliver assigned tasks from the process/business solutions/system management teams
- Support and administer SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) environments
- Work during Central European Time (CET) business hours with flexibility for extended hours to support US time zones
- Implement industry best practices and continuously improve process efficiency
- Utilize ITIL practices and tools (ServiceNow) for incident and service management
- Assist in knowledge transfer and documentation related to system operations and process improvements

Mandatory Skills:




- Hands-on experience and expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruit (Recruitment Management - RCM, Recruiting Marketing - RMK) and Onboarding 2.0 modules
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruit and Onboarding 2.0 certification(s) mandatory
- Proven experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) administration
- Minimum of 3 full lifecycle projects including implementation, support, operations, and maintenance of SuccessFactors Onboarding module
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge and practical experience in ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform

Optional Skills:
- Agile methodology and knowledge of Agile ways of working.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a global, multi-time zone setting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
