Role Overview -

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Bank Operations to lead and scale reconciliation and settlement operations for our banking clients. This role combines deep banking operations expertise with hands-on exposure to automation, stakeholder management, and team leadership. You will work closely with banks, internal product teams, and implementation specialists to ensure operational excellence and successful transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end banking operations across multiple banks, covering reconciliation, settlement, and dispute/chargeback management




- Track daily operational activities and SLA/TAT adherence across all assigned banks, proactively identifying and resolving deviations or breaches
- Act as a key point of contact for in office and remote bank operations engagements, coordinating across multiple banking partners and internal teams
- Manage relationships with various client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and escalation management
- Supervise and mentor a team of reconciliation and automation specialists, driving performance, capability building, and quality of output
- Drive reconciliation automation initiatives, including troubleshooting exceptions and identifying opportunities for process optimization
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS/reports on reconciliation status, SLA performance, and exception trends for leadership and clients
