Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for IT networking, data cabling, and network infrastructure solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities across enterprise, commercial, industrial, data centre, and infrastructure projects.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, client visits, and industry contacts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end clients, consultants, contractors, MEP consultants, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable networking and cabling solutions.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and technical solutions in response to sales enquiries.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and negotiation through order closure and handover.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and effectively manage the sales funnel, forecasts, and opportunities through to closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, presentations,



and negotiations.
- Understand customer and business requirements to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling the company's products and solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets and expand the company's customer base.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications/MBA, or a related field.

Additional Information
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales of IT infrastructure, networking, structured cabling, ELV, or related solutions.
- Strong understanding of structured/data cabling, copper and fibre-optic cabling, data centre/network infrastructure and active and passive networking components is desirable.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and business development skills.
