Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide solutions related to stock market investments.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Convert leads into potential clients by offering personalized financial advice and guidance.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in telecalling or telemarketing industry.
- Robust knowledge of stock broking, demat accounts, equity trading, mutual funds, commodities, bonds etc. .
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
