Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales & Bidding Executive who can generate IT project leads and convert them into clients through Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), and similar platforms. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable projects, preparing customized proposals, communicating with clients, negotiating, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant IT projects on Upwork, PPH, and other freelancing platforms.
- Submit high-quality, customized bids based on client requirements.
- Understand requirements for Web Development, Mobile Apps, Laravel, React, React Native, Vue.js, UI/UX, SEO, Digital Marketing, AI, and other IT services.
- Generate qualified leads through freelancing platforms and other online channels.
- Communicate with international clients through platform messaging, email, and calls.




- Follow up with prospects and maintain a proper lead pipeline.
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, timelines, and payment terms.
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
- Convert leads into successfully awarded projects.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of bids, responses, meetings, and conversions.
- Research competitors, market demand, and high-performing IT service categories.
- Maintain robust client relationships for repeat business and upselling.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Upwork and PeoplePerHour (PPH) bidding.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong proposal-writing and sales skills.
- Understanding of IT services and software development.
- Good client-handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements at a basic level.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, and basic sales reporting.
