Kuposu is looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Brand Manager
to build and manage brand partnerships, drive B2B marketing tie-ups and support influencer marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with brands, pitching partnership opportunities, reaching decision-makers and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Brand Partnerships
· Identify and research potential brands for B2B partnerships and marketing campaigns.
· Reach out to brands through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels.
· Pitch Kuposu's partnership and marketing opportunities to brands.
· Initiate conversations with brand managers, marketing heads, founders and senior management.
· Schedule meetings/calls with key decision-makers and coordinate discussions.
· Negotiate partnership terms and take deals from initial conversation to closure.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with partnered brands.
· Maintain a pipeline of potential brands and consistently follow up to convert leads.
Influencer Marketing
· Support influencer marketing campaigns based on company requirements.
· Identify suitable influencers based on campaign objectives, audience, niche, and budget.
· Communicate and negotiate with influencers and influencer agencies.
· Coordinate campaign requirements, deliverables, timelines, and commercials.
· Help manage influencer campaigns from outreach to execution.
Social Media & Brand Outreach
· Conduct proactive brand outreach through Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
· Use Kuposu’s automated DM tool for Instagram and YouTube, along with link-based outreach tools, to pitch Kuposu’s services and brand partnership opportunities at scale.
· Actively sell Kuposu’s auto DM marketing package to brands as part of outreach conversations.
· Develop and improve brand outreach messages and pitches.
· Explore current channels and methods to generate partnership opportunities.
