We are looking for an experienced Taxation & Audit Manager to manage Income Tax, GST, Taxation, Audits, and related compliance activities. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to independently handle client assignments and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and review Income Tax Return (ITR) filings for Individuals, Firms, LLPs, Companies, HUFs, and other entities.
- Manage Income Tax assessments, notices, scrutiny, rectification, appeals, and related compliances.
- Handle GST compliance, including GST returns, reconciliations, notices, and related matters.
- Plan, supervise, and review Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, and other audits.
- Prepare and review Tax Audit Reports and financial statements.
- Handle Income Tax and GST tax computations and ensure timely compliance.
- Review TDS returns, TDS reconciliation, and other direct tax compliances.
- Provide tax planning and advisory to clients.
- Coordinate directly with clients for accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance requirements.




- Review the work of junior accountants and audit/tax team members.
- Ensure timely completion of assignments and statutory deadlines.
- Keep updated with changes in Income Tax Act, GST Act, Companies Act, and applicable regulations.
- Handle client queries and provide practical solutions on taxation and compliance matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Income Tax, GST, Taxation and Audits.
- Strong practical knowledge of Income Tax and GST.
- Hands-on experience in ITR filing, Tax Audit, Statutory Audit and Internal Audit.
- Valuable knowledge of TDS, GST returns, reconciliations, tax computations and assessments.
- Experience in handling Income Tax/GST notices and departmental matters.
- Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Excellent client-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage assignments and lead a team.
