Role: Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for a product area or complex customer journey.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to define problems and solutions.
- Drive UX strategy, research, ideation, prototyping, UI design, testing, launch, and iteration.
- Simplify complex requirements into intuitive, scalable experiences.
- Collaborate with Engineering on technical feasibility and design implementation.
- Use customer insights, analytics, and product metrics to improve experiences.
- Contribute to design systems, reusable patterns, and design quality.
- Lead design reviews, mentor junior designers, and drive cross-functional alignment.

Required Skills
- 3 - 6 years of experience designing digital products across mobile and web.




- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and measurable impact.
- Robust in Product Thinking, UX/UI, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Prototyping, and Design Systems.
- Ability to solve complex problems while balancing customer, business, and technical needs.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have
- Experience in high-scale consumer products, fintech, telecom, payments, marketplaces, or subscriptions.
- Experience with experimentation, funnel optimisation, activation, engagement, or retention.
- Strong technical collaboration or ability to prototype with code.
