Role Description
As our
Business Development Associate
, you will play a critical role in
connecting with parents
, understanding their needs, and guiding them into the right therapy programs. Your impact = more families supported, more lives changed.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from parents via WhatsApp, Instagram, and website leads
- Conduct discovery calls to explain our programs and value with the support of therapists
- Maintain follow-ups and assist with onboarding new clients
- Manage outreach to pediatricians, inclusive schools, and therapists for partnerships
- Track leads and conversions using CRM tools
- Support the launch of webinars, info sessions, and masterclasses
Qualifications
1–3 years experience in
sales
,
parent counselling
, or
health/ed-tech
- Presentation Skills and ability to create and deliver Presentations
- Lead Generation and Market Research skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in teletherapy or the healthcare sector is a plus
