Role Overview
Rhythm & Emphasis Design Studio is looking for talented and motivated Junior and Senior Architects to join our
architecture and design team. The role involves developing design concepts, preparing technical drawings,
coordinating with clients and consultants, and supporting projects from concept to execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings and architectural documentation.
¢ Develop interior layouts, furniture plans, and design details where required.
¢ Prepare presentations, design proposals, and project documentation for client meetings.
¢ Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal design teams.
¢ Conduct site visits and coordinate with the execution team to ensure design requirements are followed.




¢ Review drawings and incorporate client and consultant feedback.
¢ Assist with material selection, finishes, specifications, and design development.
¢ Monitor project progress and ensure drawings and deliverables are completed within deadlines.
¢ Identify design and site-related issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for solutions.
¢ Maintain organized project files, drawings, and documentation.
¢ Senior Architects will additionally guide Junior Architects, supervise design development, manage project
coordination, and take responsibility for project quality and timely delivery.
¢ Stay updated with current architectural trends, materials, construction techniques, and design standards.
Skills Required
¢ Strong understanding of architectural design, planning, and construction principles.
¢ Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
¢ Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop or similar software is an advantage.
