Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday–Saturday

About the Role

We are looking for a Service Coordinator who can effectively connect customers, technicians and the sales team to ensure a smooth and responsive service experience. The role involves coordinating instrument repairs and maintenance, customer enquiries, service scheduling, quotations, CRM updates, sales support and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, understand and coordinate customer repair and maintenance requests.
- Schedule service appointments with technicians and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Keep customers informed about service progress and status.
- Coordinate the availability of spare parts and components required for repairs.
- Handle enquiries related to music instruments, pricing, availability and services.
- Prepare quotations for instrument repairs, maintenance and sales.




- Process orders for current and used musical instruments, including accurate billing and registration.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service history and sales information in CRM.
- Coordinate effectively with technicians and sales representatives.
- Capture and communicate customer feedback and special requirements.
- Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups, address complaints and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
