Overall Purpose of The Job

The Team Leader is responsible for managing a team; ensuring team members deliver performance that meets or exceeds the required performance levels in terms of quality and efficiency, will act as the first-line people manager,



overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to data governance policies, driving process standardization, and delivering high-quality service aligned with business SLAs; serves as a point of escalation for issues and drives issues to resolution; generates ideas for and participates in process improvement opportunities and team members development This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across business functions.
