Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for experienced ServiceNow ITAM Developers with solid expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro).
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and enhancing IT Asset Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, CMDB, Discovery, software licensing, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and customize ServiceNow ITAM modules (HAM & SAM Pro)
- Manage hardware and software asset lifecycle processes
- Configure software license management, normalization, and compliance tracking
- Develop and customize solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
- Collaborate with CMDB and Discovery teams to ensure asset data accuracy
- Integrate ServiceNow with procurement systems, discovery tools, and third-party applications
- Create dashboards and reports for asset visibility, optimization, and compliance
