- Act as the primary Finance Super User for Oracle NetSuite — owning system configuration, roles and permissions, workflows, saved searches, and customizations.
- Design, document, and implement finance processes and internal controls within NetSuite to support a scaling business.
- Lead ETL activities — data migration, system integrations, and ongoing data flows between NetSuite and adjacent business systems (e.g., e-commerce, payroll, banking, POS).
- Build and maintain BI dashboards and management reporting using NetSuite SuiteAnalytics and/or third-party BI tools.
- Partner with accounting, FP&A;, and operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
- Perform hands-on accounting work — journal entries, reconciliations,



and month-end close support — as needed.
- Manage NetSuite releases/upgrades, evaluate new modules, SuiteApps, and third-party integrations.
- Train finance and cross-functional users on NetSuite functionality and process changes.
- Maintain clear documentation of system configuration, data flows, and standard operating procedures.
- Uphold data integrity, audit trail, and internal control standards across the ERP workplace.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
