Job Description
1. Conduct OPD consultations for gynaecological and obstetric patients.
2. Perform and manage normal deliveries and Caesarean sections (C-sections).
3. Perform and manage hysterectomies, D&C;, laparoscopy and other gynaecological procedures.
4. Provide antenatal and postnatal care with regular monitoring of pregnant women.
5. Handle obstetric emergencies including eclampsia, PPH, preterm labour and fetal distress.
6. Diagnose and manage menstrual disorders, PCOS, infertility, fibroids, endometriosis and other gynaecological conditions.
7. Counsel patients regarding family planning, contraception and reproductive health.
8. Interpret relevant investigations and ultrasound scans and coordinate with radiology and laboratory services as required.
