Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across various industries.

* Handle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and joining formalities.

* Understand client requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.

* Manage and monitor the recruitment teams daily activities and performance.

* Allocate requirements to recruiters and track progress against targets.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and HR teams.

* Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

* Prepare and monitor recruitment MIS, daily/weekly reports, and performance dashboards.

* Ensure proper maintenance of candidate databases and recruitment records.

* Identify new sourcing channels and improve recruitment processes.

* Handle escalations related to candidates, clients, and recruitment operations.





* Support business development activities and identify opportunities for new client requirements.

* Ensure achievement of team and individual recruitment targets and TAT.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

* 4–8 years of experience in recruitment/placement consultancy or agency recruitment.

* Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

* Experience handling multiple clients and bulk/specialized hiring requirements.

* Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

* Good team management and leadership abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment MIS.

* Ability to work under targets and manage multiple priorities.

* Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
