About the Role

iFieldSmart AI is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Executive who will work directly with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing initiatives across products, campaigns, content, websites, sales enablement, and creative projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning products in depth, coordinating across teams, creating marketing assets, and ensuring marketing activities move from idea to execution efficiently.

You will become a key link between Product, Marketing, Sales, Design, Video Production, Web Development, and External Agencies—helping ensure that every marketing asset accurately represents our products and supports business growth.

Over time, this role will evolve into a broader product marketing and campaign management position with increasing ownership and responsibility.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Knowledge & Product Marketing Support

· Learn iFieldSmart AI products, features,



workflows, customer use cases, and value propositions in detail.

· Work closely with Product, Development, and Leadership teams to understand new features and updates.

· Ensure marketing messaging accurately reflects product functionality and customer perks.

· Review marketing assets for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before publication.

· Assist in creating product positioning, feature messaging, and customer-focused content.

Campaign Execution & Marketing Operations

· Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

· Collaborate with marketing leadership on campaign research, messaging, and execution.

· Coordinate campaign deliverables across content, design, video, web, and paid advertising teams.

· Assist in managing campaign timelines, tasks, approvals, and launch schedules.

· Monitor project status and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
