Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, monitoring project progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and as per requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of projects.
- Communicate and coordinate with project teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documents, reports, and records.
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify project issues, delays, or risks and report them to the concerned manager.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide project status updates to management.
- Ensure proper coordination between different departments.
- Assist in preparing project schedules, presentations, and reports.




- Maintain accurate project data and documentation.
- Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project activities.
- Ensure that project activities are carried out according to company policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Robust follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with different teams.
