Accounting & Petpooja Management
- Manage daily accounting and financial entries using Petpooja software.
- Handle sales reconciliation, cash, online payments, discounts, and settlement reports.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, expenses, inventory, and vendor payments.
- Reconcile daily sales and payment transactions.
- Prepare basic MIS and financial reports as required by management.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in accounts and transactions.

Store Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and smooth functioning of the store.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory, and stock movement.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement of required items.
- Supervise store staff and ensure proper discipline, attendance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling,



and daily store closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and overall store standards.
- Address operational issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting and/or store operations.
- Prior experience in Petpooja software is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, basic accounting principles, inventory, and cash management.
- Strong organisational, communication, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
