Job Description

We are looking for a polished and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to manage guest interactions and ensure a high standard of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback effectively.
- Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience throughout their visit.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Maintain skilled communication and service standards.
- Support day-to-day guest relations and front-of-house activities.




- Maintain records and follow company service protocols.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Post Graduate, preferably from a Communication, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related background.
- 3–4 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Professional grooming and a pleasant personality.
- Ability to handle guests and situations with confidence and tact.
