Job Title: O&M; Engineer / Site Engineer
Department: Operations & Maintenance
Project: GWSSB

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain O&M; project records and documentation.
- Prepare and update daily reports, MIS and Excel sheets.
- Handle data entry and maintain site-related records.
- Prepare and maintain bills, invoices and supporting documents.
- Handle ERP entries and update billing-related data.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and management.
- Track work progress and maintenance activities.
- Maintain proper records of work orders and billing documents.
- Handle emails and routine office communication.
- Provide administrative support for GWSSB O&M; operations.

Key Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate / 12th Pass preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP software and billing processes is required.




- Knowledge of GWSSB O&M; billing and documentation will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and basic computer operations.
- Positive typing and data entry skills.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in GWSSB / O&M; / infrastructure billing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
