Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for Finance, Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Compliance, and Business Support functions, Marketers, and Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring experienced professionals, fresh graduates,



and interns while building a strong talent pipeline to support the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Foundit, Indeed, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
- Recruit professionals across Financial Management, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Audit, Taxation, FP&A;, Compliance, Payroll, Financial Reporting, Business Finance, and Consulting roles.
- Develop and manage campus recruitment, internship, and graduate hiring programs.
- Build relationships with colleges, universities, and qualified institutions to attract emerging talent.
