Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer with 2–4 years of experience to support and manage day-to-day procurement and inventory activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in vendor communication, supplier sourcing, RFQs, commercial negotiations, purchase order management, and coordinating with vendors throughout the procurement cycle.

The role will involve working with local and international suppliers, particularly manufacturers and distributors across Europe and China, while ensuring competitive pricing, timely deliveries, product availability, and strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day procurement activities from supplier sourcing through purchase order completion and delivery.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard recent vendors and suppliers.

Communicate regularly with manufacturers, distributors, and international suppliers.

Source products and components based on business requirements, pricing, availability, and lead times.

Prepare and manage RFQs (Requests for Quotation)



and compare supplier quotations.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, lead times, and other commercial terms.

Create, process, and track purchase orders while ensuring accurate documentation.

Follow up with vendors throughout the procurement cycle to ensure timely deliveries.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Monitor supplier performance, product quality, pricing, and delivery reliability.

Support inventory planning and maintain appropriate stock levels based on demand and availability.

Coordinate procurement requirements for both resale products and in-house gaming PC builds.

Track product availability, component pricing, market trends, and product lifecycles.

Coordinate closely with ecommerce, operations, warehouse, and finance teams.

Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices
