Role and responsibility-

Customer interaction and relationship building with the customer

Complete knowledge & Elevation of the product using AV & Presenter and focus on the USPs of the project; also know the competition very well

Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to booking

Immediate and regular update on every lead on our CRM

Ensure timely follow-up on all leads (walk-ins, digital, channel partners)

Improve lead-to-site visit and site visit-to-booking conversion ratios

Maintain strong pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting

Maintain 10% Leads to Bookings ratio

Rate discussion with the customer and drive him towards closure with the help of Site Head.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with channel partners and help in generating more visits or revisits

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
